Beth started out in the network as a member of Sheffield Young Writers where she began to develop her love for poetry. Truth to Power Project

We’re delighted that New Poets Prize 2020 winner, Lauren Hollingsworth Smith, at just 18 years old, will be published in a new anthology of female poets, alongside poems such as Carol Ann Duffy, Grace Nichols and Mary Jean Chan. New Poets Prize Winners 2020

We are utterly delighted that 17-year-old Georgie Woodhead of Sheffield Young Writers, and 18-year-old Lauren Hollingsworth Smith of Rotherham Young Writers, are both winners of the international New Poets Prize 2020 – for their pamphlets ‘Takeaway’ and Ugly Bird’.
