Then a Hive young writers group might be just the fortnightly thing you need on these cold nights!
Come check us out if you’re 14 to 19 (or thereabouts) and living local enough to get into the centre of Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster or Barnsley. You can find out more about the groups here, but just to say – no experience is needed, and you don’t have to think you’re a great writer to come along. You just need an interest in words. Simple. Our groups are relaxed, friendly, and free. And there are munchies…what more could you want!?

Doncaster Young Writers
5 to 7pm fortnightly Wednesdays during term time, The Point, Doncaster 11th January, 25th January, 8th February, 1st March
Sheffield Young Writers
5.30 to 7.30pm, Sheffield Central Children’s Library (there’s currently a waiting list as the group is very popular but do get in touch to put your name down!)
